General Terms

Last updated 2026-02-18

User obligations

You agree to use BuilderSpring Academy materials for lawful business education purposes. Accounts are personal unless a written seat agreement states otherwise. You may not scrape, resell, or redistribute lesson files, recordings, or templates outside the permissions stated on each download page. You must keep login credentials confidential and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. When participating in live sessions, you will follow facilitator instructions about recording, screen sharing, and respectful communication. You represent that information you submit in forms is accurate enough for us to respond and that you will update contact details if they change during an active cohort.

Service description

BuilderSpring Academy provides cohort-based programs, self-paced lessons, templates, and optional mentoring related to no-code website creation for freelance builders. Deliverables are educational, not custom professional services unless a separate written agreement exists. Schedules, guest speakers, and critique formats may change when we improve curricula, but we will not remove promised live hours without offering a reasonable substitute or credit. Community spaces are moderated to keep feedback specific and constructive; we may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would apply another jurisdiction. Consumers resident in Korea benefit from mandatory rights that cannot be waived. Where translations differ, the Korean-language version prevails for local consumers if we publish both. You may raise disputes with consumer centers that have jurisdiction over our business address before pursuing formal proceedings, and we will cooperate in good faith with mediation where required.

Termination

You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for prolonged non-payment where payment applies, for breach of these terms, or for conduct that endangers other participants. Upon termination for cause, unused live session entitlements may be forfeited. Upon termination without cause by us, we will provide a pro-rata credit for unused live components where applicable law requires. Certain provisions that by nature should survive—including limitation sections, intellectual property, and governing law—remain in effect after termination.

Intellectual property

We retain all rights to curricula, branding, and platform software. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use templates and exports for your own client work, not for building a competing training product. Feedback you voluntarily provide may be used to improve services without obligation to compensate you, except where we explicitly agree otherwise in writing. You retain rights to your original client work product; do not upload third-party confidential materials to shared critique spaces without permission.

Acceptance

By creating an account, purchasing access, or using free materials where an acceptance step is presented, you agree to these General Terms and the policies linked in the footer. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately. Parents or guardians must consent on behalf of minors where local law requires. We may update these terms with notice via email or on-site banner; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms except where applicable law requires explicit renewed consent.

Cookie Notice

See also Data Protection.

Questions about cookies may be sent to [email protected]. If you need help clearing cookies in your browser, include your browser name and version so we can point you to accurate steps without accessing your device.

Essential cookies may load without consent where they are strictly necessary to provide the service you requested. Analytics cookies require your opt-in where regional law demands it. You can change preferences through the cookie controls linked from the banner. Declining analytics does not block core pages from loading.

Preference storage uses localStorage keys prefixed with our domain brand to remember theme and cookie decisions. You may clear them at any time through browser settings, which resets banners and may revert theme to system default until you choose again.

We group cookies into essential, functional, and analytics categories. Essential cookies support security and load balancing. Functional cookies remember UI choices such as theme. Analytics cookies help us understand aggregate traffic patterns; they are optional and disabled by default until you accept them in the banner.

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Similar technologies include local storage entries and session identifiers. They allow the site to remember state between visits. First-party cookies are set by stigear.digital; third-party cookies, if any are introduced later through embedded media, will be listed in updates to this notice.

When analytics are enabled, a processor may set cookies to distinguish unique visitors in aggregate. We do not allow advertising retargeting pixels in the default configuration. If we add a vendor, we will name the provider, purpose, and retention here and request consent where required.

Refund & Cancellation

Last updated 2026-04-21

Scope

This policy applies to paid BuilderSpring Academy programs and digital template packs sold through our published channels. It does not replace separate enterprise agreements. Prices are listed in KRW unless otherwise stated and are informational on this static preview; live checkout pages, when available, will restate totals and taxes as required.

Process

To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order identifier, purchase date, and reason. We may ask a brief clarification to route your request. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where technically possible; otherwise we propose a reasonable alternative.

Timeframe

For eligible digital goods, you may withdraw within fourteen days of purchase if you have not consumed substantial downloadable materials or attended live sessions beyond an introductory hour, except where law provides longer rights. We process approved refunds within fourteen business days of approval, subject to banking timelines.

Eligibility

Cohort seats are partially refundable before the stated cohort start date according to the schedule on your receipt. After materials are accessed beyond preview limits or after custom mentor time is delivered, partial refunds may apply. Template packs are non-refundable once downloaded unless a defect prevents use, in which case we will replace files or refund at our discretion.

Exceptions

No refund is owed if access was obtained through chargeback abuse, credential sharing contrary to terms, or fraudulent enrollment. Promotional bundles refund as a single unit; partial refunds inside a bundle are not available unless required by law.

Contact

Cancellation and refund correspondence should go to [email protected]. Korean consumers may also use applicable consumer dispute resolution mechanisms. Keep copies of your purchase confirmation until your request is closed.
